Our Process

- Book a free 15 Minute chat with Sam to make sure it’s a perfect fit for Pretty Bird and your business.
- Not really the call type? We get it! Head over to our client enquiry questionnaire and give us all the info. We will review your answers and be in touch ASAP.
- We get all the boring admin bits out of the way and lock in your project timeline.
- I book you in for a discovery call and possibly a strategy workshop (depending on your package)

- If strategy is on the menu, we start:
- digging into what makes you and your business tick; hearing your story is the start of our journey and where we get to know each other.
- deep diving into your target market, your community, and your competitors.
- I start putting your brand through its paces and whip up a creative direction to make sure we are on the same page.

- We get into the creative zone, bringing your new brand to life and guiding you in making the most of your stunning new visuals.
- We break down your brand story and rebuild it into a visual strategy that tells your story.
- We whip up all your brand ingredients into beautiful visuals
- A beautiful proposal lands in your inbox for you to to review

- We make any changes to your project and visuals, taking all your feedback on board and leveling everything up.
- Once we are where we want to be, we get all your files ready; every file type you could possibly dream of.
- We set you up with instructional videos, if they are needed, so that everything makes sense.
- Once the final invoice is paid, we hand everything over and give you loads of support for getting your brand out into the world!
